Our Story
Launched in 2023 in New York City, the idea was conceived during a Roblox skins collection meeting that founder, Tracy Greenan was having for her digital gaming brand, AURA.
"I came across the idea during that conference from watching the evening news and seeing repeated gun violence in youths. As a mother, seeing these reports regularly is alarming and there's nothing about that should be considered, 'regular.'
The fact that gun violence is now the number one cause of death in minors in the US is also a major factor in the need to try to do something to curb this growing crisis. I refuse to let this be 'the new normal.'"
Tracy formalized the program and was soon gaining interest from educators specializing in kids with special needs and anti-gun violence organizations.
Gamers Over Guns is ready to inspire and level-up youths everywhere.
